⟣ Terms and Conditions ⟣
This will be the basic guideline of my Commission ToS.
By ordering a commission from me, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
I do not take any responsibility if you have not read them.

⟣GENERAL TERMS⟣
◈ Terms and Conditions may change from time to time.◈ I have the right to decline any commission request if I feel I cannot fulfill your requests.◈ I have the right to leave a small signature mark on the PERSONAL USE commission.◈ I have the right to post the commissioned work (with a commission watermark) on my social media and portfolio.◈ There will be an extra charge for commercial/business/corporate works.◈ Payment must be sent after I present the sketches or I will not proceed.◈ Prices are just starting points. It will rise depending on the complexity of the commission.◈ Do not use the commission for any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in space purposes.◈ You are only purchasing a digital file, not printed art.◈ I am allowed to decline if the order falls into the Don’ts section, or if I am not confident to do so.
⟣Payment⟣
USD Transactions: Payment via VGen/Paypal with an invoice.
MYR Transactions: Local bank payment through QR code or duitNow.
Payment Terms: 100% upfront payment required. An initial 50% payment may be agreed upon.
Commission Confirmation: Don't send payment until a slot is agreed upon. Upon acceptance, I'll send you an invoice.
⟣CANCELLATIONS⟣
Refunds are NOT ALLOWED.
Cancellation of a commissioned artwork with a provided upfront payment will be able to claim HALF of the total upfront payment given for the commissioned art.
IMPORTANT:
If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point you were not allowed to ask for a refund or you break any of the terms above mentioned, you will automatically lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece.
◈ I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way I find fit.
◈ I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about commission as evidence that I have completed work for you.
◈ Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

⟣Workflow⟣
Requirement Gathering: We start by discussing your needs and preferences. References are a MUST for guidance.
Sketches Preview: I'll create initial sketches based on our discussion and your references. You can suggest adjustments at this stage.
Approval & Payment: Once you're satisfied with the sketches, make the upfront payment or full payment to proceed.
Finalization: I'll proceed with line art and coloring, completing the finishing touches. No further adjustments are allowed in this phase.
Artwork Delivery: Once finalized, I'll share the completed artwork with you via a Google Drive link. (SOCMED or email)
⟣Process & Delivery⟣
Faster Delivery Option: You can suggest a deadline for quicker delivery, tailored to the commission's complexity.
No Set Deadline ("Take Your Time"): If no deadline is specified, completion may take additional weeks due to prioritizing urgent commissions. Deadlines can be added later if immediate delivery is desired.
Delivery Process: Once the commission is finished and fully paid, you'll receive the artwork via email/Social Media and a Google Drive Link.
⟣Commercial Work⟣
All commissions, unless stated beforehand, are strictly for personal use. But if the artwork are intended for commercial use then read this section for your references.
What is commercial work?
◈ Logo/banner work for businesses/personalities that generate revenue/open for donation.
◈ Works to be used on products/act as the product that generates revenue.

◈ 2x price: Game art
◈ 2x price: Merchandise (Printed Goods)Extras

⟣Copyright/Usage⟣
Copyright / Usage
◈ I claim all the rights of the commissioned artwork, not the buyer.
◈ If you post/use the commission anywhere, please credit me by tagging me. (Twitter / Twitch / Instagram / Tiktok: @aideeryushi)Therefore I am allowed to use the artwork to:
◈ Promote myself with it everywhere
◈ Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc)
◈ Post it wherever I want ( Unless otherwise stated by the client).The buyer is allowed to:
◈ Use the commissioned piece for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless agreed otherwise.
◈ Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
◈ Use the artwork to promote themselves.The following is considered copyright infringement:
◈ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially; means making a profit off it in any way without the license.
◈ Claiming the artwork as your own.
◈ Removing my signature from the artwork.
◈ Altering/editing the artwork without my consent.
